AGCU is Proud to Sponsor Ozarks Teen Challenge 8th Annual 5K run/walk on Saturday, July 16, at 8:00 am at the Branson Landing; however, there is also a virtual option for anyone not able to participate in person.
Children are welcome to participate. They have a Half-Mile Half-Pint just for the kids. If you have kiddos that would like to participate, please specify if they are doing the 5K or the Half-Pint Half-Mile run/walk.
Participants will receive a Run for Hope t-shirt.
As always, this is a powerful event because everyone who joins this event does so with purpose. We run or walk for three specific reasons: To support those in recovery, to support loved ones who are battling addiction, and to honor loved ones lost to addiction. All proceeds from this event will go directly to our capital campaign. We have broken ground on our Home of Hope Academy and are looking forward to the completion of that building towards the end of this year. The Home of Hope academic building will provide a facility to support our student’s educational dreams and help put HOPE within reach of the hundreds of families calling out for help every month.
Event Start Time: 5K – 8 AM Half-Pint Half-Mile – 8:50 AM
5K Entry Fee: Pre-Registered by June 27, 2022, $30 – June 28, 2022, to Race Day $35
Half-Pint Half-Mile Kids Run: Pre-Registered by June 27, 2022, $10 – June 28, 2022, to Race Day $15
Race Day Registration and Packet Pick Up: 7 am to 7:45 am
Must register by June 27, 2022, to be guaranteed a t-shirt & participant bag.
Awards: Overall
Male & Female; Top Overall Male & Female in each Age Division: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over.
