At AGCU, we are dedicated to providing the best service out there for our members – whether we’re serving individuals and families, ministry organizations, nonprofits, or businesses. As a faith-based organization, we also believe in giving back to the community that gives so much to us. We donate 10% of our annual earnings to support local churches, ministries, education programs, and humanitarian efforts both locally and worldwide.

A credit union is a financial cooperative, meaning every member holds a share of the credit union. With your membership share, you gain ownership of the credit union. As an owner, each and every member has a vote in the growth, development, and changes within the business.
There are a variety of qualifications that would allow you to become a member of the Assemblies of God Credit Union. In order to become a member, you must fit one of the following categories:

We offer loan programs tailored for your unique needs including fixed-rate first and second mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, refinancing, and home equity lines of credit (HELOC).
Making a mobile deposit is now easier than ever before! Mobile deposits are available to both Android and iPhone users. After following the instructions for your device type, your funds should be available within 2 hours. You’ll receive an email verification once it has been processed.
We offer a variety of savings accounts, including certificates of deposit, money market accounts, health savings accounts (HSA), individual retirement accounts (IRA), and sub-savings accounts. With this variety, you’ll find the account perfect for your needs.
Reporting fraud on your debit card versus your credit card is different. It’s important to take note of this difference so that AGCU can process your request correctly and swiftly.
For Credit Cards:
To report fraud on your CREDIT card or if it has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-558-3424. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (For missionaries who are unable to call 800 numbers, please call 1-701-461-0125.)
For Debit Cards:
STEP 1:
Debit Dispute Call Center: 833-882-0867. Use this number to call in and open a new fraud case on a closed card
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST.
Voicemail after hours and calls are returned by the next business day.

STEP 2:
ALWAYS call AGCU for a replacement card after reporting a lost or stolen card and speak with a Member Care Representative. Do not depend on email, speak to a person!
We offer the best in the business when it comes to perks and services related to your checking account. AGCU checking accounts are completely free. This means no monthly service charges, no minimum balance requirements, free debit cards, and no per-check fees.
Additionally, as a member of AGCU with a checking account, you’ll have access to all of the individual benefits and services.
AGCU has a long history of lending to churches and non-profit ministries. We offer a variety of loan opportunities for these organizations. This includes real estate loans for expanding your physical location. Construction loans are offered for organizations looking to build a new facility, expand, or give their current location a face lift. Lastly, ministry term loans cover items related to other expenses that are necessary to operating your church or nonprofit. This could include a new vehicle, audio equipment, and much more.

To assist with online giving, AGCU developed Generush. Generush empowers donors to give via mobile, web, text, or from a kiosk with debit/credit cards or e-check. AGCU Insurance offers over 20 different types of coverage.. These include insurance for vehicles like auto, motorcycle, boat, ATV, and RV. AGCU Insurance also offers home insurance, renters insurance, and valuable item insurance. Other available coverage types include: life, pet, wedding, disaster-related, and home warranties.
