Our online Loan Payment Portal lets you make AGCU loan payments from another bank or credit union using ACH or debit card. It’s simple to register, easy to use, and designed to post your payment quickly.

First Time Here? How to Get Started

Our AGCU Loan Payment Portal is a fast, secure, and easy way to make your loan payments online.
You can register for an account or use Express Pay for one-time payments — whichever fits your needs best.

When you click “Make a Payment” from the AGCU website, you’ll be redirected to the secure login page.

You’ll see two options:

  • Register – Create an account to save your payment methods, schedule payments, and view your history.
  • Express Pay – Make a one-time payment without creating an account.
  1. Select “Register” on the main screen.
  2. You’ll be asked to enter:
    • Your loan account number (do not include the suffix)
    • The primary account holder’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY format — no spaces or dashes)
  3. If your information matches our records, you’ll move to the next screen to create and confirm your password.
    If not, you’ll see the message:
    “We could not find your account details.”
    Double-check your information and try again.

Once registration is complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen. You can now log in using your credentials.

After logging in, you’ll see three main tabs at the top right:

  1. Loans – Displays your active AGCU loans and minimum monthly payment amounts.
  2. Payment History – Shows payments made through this portal.
  3. Settings – Allows you to update your email address, change your password, and manage multiple ACH payment methods.

To add a new account:

  • Click “Add a Payment Method.”
  • Enter your bank’s routing number, account number, and account type (checking or savings).
  • Save the payment method for future use.
  1. From your Loans tab, click “Make a Payment.”
  2. Select the loan you wish to pay and click “Pay Now.”
  3. Choose which account you’re paying from.
  4. Review the payment details carefully.
  5. Scroll to the bottom, agree to the Terms of Service, and submit your payment.

You’ll receive both an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.

Need to make a quick one-time payment? Use Express Pay — no registration required!

  1. On the login page, select “Express Pay.”
  2. Enter the loan account number and the primary borrower’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
  3. Select the loan you want to pay and click “Pay Now.”
  4. Enter the account information for the bank you’re using to make the payment.
  5. Confirm your payment and agree to the disclosure.

You’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
