First Time Here? How to Get Started
Our AGCU Loan Payment Portal is a fast, secure, and easy way to make your loan payments online.
You can register for an account or use Express Pay for one-time payments — whichever fits your needs best.
When you click “Make a Payment” from the AGCU website, you’ll be redirected to the secure login page.
You’ll see two options:
- Register – Create an account to save your payment methods, schedule payments, and view your history.
- Express Pay – Make a one-time payment without creating an account.
- Select “Register” on the main screen.
- You’ll be asked to enter:
- Your loan account number (do not include the suffix)
- The primary account holder’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY format — no spaces or dashes)
- If your information matches our records, you’ll move to the next screen to create and confirm your password.
If not, you’ll see the message:
“We could not find your account details.”
Double-check your information and try again.
Once registration is complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen. You can now log in using your credentials.
After logging in, you’ll see three main tabs at the top right:
- Loans – Displays your active AGCU loans and minimum monthly payment amounts.
- Payment History – Shows payments made through this portal.
- Settings – Allows you to update your email address, change your password, and manage multiple ACH payment methods.
To add a new account:
- Click “Add a Payment Method.”
- Enter your bank’s routing number, account number, and account type (checking or savings).
- Save the payment method for future use.
- From your Loans tab, click “Make a Payment.”
- Select the loan you wish to pay and click “Pay Now.”
- Choose which account you’re paying from.
- Review the payment details carefully.
- Scroll to the bottom, agree to the Terms of Service, and submit your payment.
You’ll receive both an on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
Need to make a quick one-time payment? Use Express Pay — no registration required!
- On the login page, select “Express Pay.”
- Enter the loan account number and the primary borrower’s date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
- Select the loan you want to pay and click “Pay Now.”
- Enter the account information for the bank you’re using to make the payment.
- Confirm your payment and agree to the disclosure.
You’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
