To assist with online giving, AGCU developed Generush. Generush empowers donors to give via mobile, web, text, or from a kiosk with debit/credit cards or e-check. Generush allows easy, customizable solutions for your donors and other online giving sources. Reporting fraud on your debit card versus your credit card is different. It’s important to take note of this difference so that AGCU can process your request correctly and swiftly.
To report fraud on your credit card or if it has been lost or stolen, please call 1-800-558-3424. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For missionaries who are unable to call 800 numbers, please call 1-701-461-0125.
If your debit card has been lost or stolen or you suspect fraud, you’ll want to first call AGCU to inform us. For customers in the US, you will call 1-800-528-2273. For customers internationally, you will call 1-812-647-9794.
After calling the number listed, you will call AGCU immediately afterwards and talk to a Member Service Representative. If you are international, notify them of the country where the card was stolen or lost. Do not email in this situation. A phone call with a representative is the quickest, more efficient way to resolve the fraud on your account.
